“I’ve had the pleasure of being coached by Matthew for a couple of years now. Since then I’ve seen real changes to my physique, through a consistent blend of intelligent training and a diet plan that is evolving as I progress and raise my goals. I was regularly weight training with a friend for over ten years when I started working with Matthew. I had found that I’d plateaued and was unconsciously doing exactly the same thing week in, week out, but expecting different results. Matthew came in, stripped everything back and rebuilt my training routine and diet. Within a few months I began to make the progress that had eluded me for so many years.
