A great mentor I had many years ago said to me one day.
If you can train yourself and others with minimal equipment:
“A set of cones and body weight in this industry you will go very far.”
One day when working at the gym, 8 years ago I said this to another trainer.
He looked at me oddly like I didn’t know this.
So the following day I brought a set of resistance bands into the gym.
I trained a client of mine in good shape on the mats with them away from all the big equipment.
As they where walking out at the end of the session and in prime timing walking past the office they said:
“That was the best session ive ever had.”
That told me all you need to know about the game we was in.
Sometimes it’s not what’s in the gym nor the program, it’s what you do simply that counts.
