I Couldn’t Recommend Matthew Enough

“I’ve had the pleasure of being coached by Matthew for a couple of years now. Since then I’ve seen real changes to my physique, through a consistent blend of intelligent training and a diet plan that is evolving as I progress and raise my goals. I was regularly weight training with a friend for over ten years when I started working with Matthew. I had found that I’d plateaued and was unconsciously doing exactly the same thing week in, week out, but expecting different results. Matthew came in, stripped everything back and rebuilt my training routine and diet. Within a few months I began to make the progress that had eluded me for so many years. The foundation to my success has been utilising his vast knowledge of nutrition. The hardest part of training for most people, including myself, is staying on course. Whenever I began to lose focus Matthew changed my routine which makes a massive difference mentally and stops things going stale. He’s brilliant at keeping me accountable with weekly progress photos and phone calls to see what I’ve been doing over the past day or so. The result is that I am now in the best shape of my life even though I’m not far off turning 50.
